LOULEX Beige 2.0: A Camera Backpack with Style

Compact on the outside, surprisingly spacious inside — and, most importantly, finally a camera backpack that doesn’t actually look like a camera backpack.

As a fashion photographer, choosing the LOULEX Beige 2.0 was an easy decision. It combines the practicality I need on set with a clean, stylish design that fits naturally into my everyday look. It’s compact enough to carry comfortably, yet surprisingly spacious inside, giving me plenty of room for my camera, lenses, and essential gear without feeling bulky or overly technical.

For me, that’s what makes the LOULEX Beige 2.0 stand out: it’s a camera backpack designed for photographers who care not only about protecting their gear, but also about how they look while carrying it.

When a Camera Backpack Fits into the Fashion World

As a fashion photographer, I don’t just care about where I can safely store my gear. How my entire setup looks matters to me too. When I’m shooting fashion, working at runway shows, or moving around backstage, I’m in an environment where aesthetics simply matter. And that’s exactly where the LOULEX Beige 2.0 makes perfect sense.

At first glance, it doesn’t look like a traditional camera backpack at all. It feels more like a stylish fashion accessory that naturally fits into the environment. And that’s exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t want another camera backpack that screams to the world that I’m carrying expensive equipment inside.

Don’t Let Its Size Fool You

When I first saw the backpack, I thought it looked quite small and that I’d have to think carefully about what to take with me. But in reality, it pleasantly surprised me.

Despite its compact appearance, I had no problem fitting my camera body, three Sigma Art lenses, and a Godox AD300Pro inside. And the best part? I still had room for one more lens.

That’s already a setup capable of covering a huge part of a photographer’s needs. For me, the way it uses its available space is therefore one of its biggest strengths. The backpack is smaller than you might expect given its capacity, but the interior can really surprise you.

Fashion Shoots, Runway Shows, Backstage

This is where I see its biggest potential as a fashion photographer. When you’re shooting fashion, you don’t necessarily want to look like you’ve just arrived from a multi-day trek with a huge outdoor backpack.

The LOULEX is completely different in that regard. It works well for fashion shoots, runway shows, backstage work, and urban photography, where you care about both functionality and appearance. That’s why, for me, it isn’t just a practical piece of equipment. It’s part of the overall photographic look.

When you’re surrounded by models, designers, stylists, and other people from the fashion industry, I think its elegant appearance works extremely well.

There Are a Couple of Things I Would Change

Of course, it isn’t perfect. The biggest thing I miss is protective metal feet on the bottom of the backpack. If you’re going to put it down on the ground frequently, they would definitely come in handy. They would help protect the bottom from scratches and, in my opinion, would make perfect sense on a backpack this stylish.

My second criticism is its weight. If you’re not carrying a substantial amount of gear, you’ll start to notice the backpack’s own weight on your back fairly quickly. Once you’ve properly loaded it with camera equipment, however, its weight becomes much less significant compared to the overall weight of your gear.

Verdict: A Clear Choice for Me

The LOULEX Beige 2.0 is obviously not a perfect backpack. But as a fashion photographer, it offers exactly what I’m looking for. It combines practical camera gear storage with a design that fits naturally into the world of fashion photography.

And that, for me, is its biggest strength. You don’t have to choose between a stylish backpack and one that can actually hold your camera equipment.

I can comfortably carry my camera body, three Sigma Art lenses, and a Godox AD300Pro – and I still have room for one more lens. At the same time, it never really looks like a traditional camera backpack.

So if you’re looking for a backpack for fashion shoots, runway shows, or backstage work that can carry a surprisingly large amount of gear while still looking great, the LOULEX Beige 2.0 is definitely worth considering.

For me: 8.5/10.
